Shipping policy

All paintings will be shipped with a tracking number within 2 weeks of purchase. 

To pick up your painting in person in Surrey,BC area. Please email me at info@jessavaldez.com after your purchase to set up a time.

Packing and shipping cost

Canada: For works on paper and small/medium paintings, shipping is free. For large paintings, reduced shipping charges apply.

The online store manages the shipping cost according to the weight of the pieces.

Smaller works are shipped via Canada Post. Larger works are shipped via FedEX or shipping broker.

United-States:

Giclee prints - Shipping is free. Small Original Paintings - Shipping is free for intercontinental US. For Large original Paintings, reduced shipping charges may apply.

Larger works are shipped via FedEX or shipping broker. Two possible options will be available to you: shipping the work stretched on stretchers or shipping the canvas rolled in a tube. You have to add a note on under your cart on how you want your paintings shipped. Shipping is billed separately after the initial painting purchase.

International orders of original works that are small/medium are tracked and are shipped via Canada Post. For Large paintings, shipping cost are billed separately.

Customs Taxes and fees

For international sales (Outside of Canada), taxes, customs duties and fees that may occur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer. If you want to know more about the rules of your country, you can contact your local customs authority.

In general, the United States does not charge taxes or import duties on original artworks shipped from Canada.

For National sales (in Canada), taxes are included.
